308 lower receivers anywhere?

Rainier Arms has been getting them in stock, but they sell out fast as soon as the notification emails go out. I ordered a JP full mass complete BCG a bit ago from a site, I'll look up the order, I forget what it was, but they had some JP .308 BCGs in stock.

I think if you want one in a hurry your best bet is gun broker. Sentry pretty much summed it up or you just goota be lucky as hell and keep looking thru 100 websites a day. As someone once said on this forum you gotta pay to play so just go on gun broker.

Rainier Arms is a good bet, followed by DSG Arms. Also, don't forget the PX right here on the Hide which has served up quite a few .308 AR lowers and parts like BCGs of various makes/models in the last month, as have the EE sections on BARFCOM. Short of those outlets, GunBroker, Armslist and other sites have plenty to offer...if your wallet is fat enough to stomach some of the prices which are just now beginning to come back down from orbit.

What, specifically, are you looking for in terms of make/model of lower, bcg, etc.? That piece of info alone may go a long ways in helping you to track something down.

Just looking for a DPMS style lower and BCG. I'm helping a friend find parts for his build and helping him put his first build together. We've been looking on Gun Broker and finding a few, but like mentioned it is just going to cost extra right now. I'll try Rainier with a notification. Only problem i've found with the notifications is if you aren't sitting in front of your computer when it comes it is too late- sometimes too late if you are.

Post an ad in the WTB section when you hit 100 posts. If you're lucky, another member will have a gear he doesn't need, or a backorder that was filled too late. Chances are, you won't pay anywhere near the gouging prices from a fellow Hide member either.
