I am having trouble finding reloading data for subsonic .308 loads. Does anyone have any suggestions or data or should I just bite the bullet and buy factory ammo.

Get some Trailboss or Hybrid 100V. Adjust accordingly and safely build your load!

I load 180 SP - Hornady's with 10.5 of Trail Boss and it works well.

I use Fed 210 primers but some use magnums I have not had an issue. No particular case but I do make sure to keep the sub casings separate. Not sure why but I do. The Trail Boss because it is so flaky it fills up the case nicely at 10-11 grains. Just use a chrony and get below 1050fps or so and you are good to go. Just make sure you test your loads without the suppressor on and check for keyholing on the target.

Primer selection made a big difference for me. Winchester primers with 10.8 trailboss and 180 RN works the best for me by far. CCI mag and standard would open up the group considerably. Federal was ok, but winchester was better.
Brass brand did not make a huge impact, but neck sizing vs full length sizing did help a good bit.

I use titegroup and it has worked very well for me and my needs. The data for it can be found in here http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp the titegroup is insinsitive to case position
