I use the OSS 762Ti on my POF 308 DI Revolution. Zero impact on function. Can will not come off as the flow through design and direction of the escaping gasses forces it to stay threaded on the muzzle device. You can literally finger tighten the suppressor and it's super easy to get back off. I also use it on a 300 blackout and 5.56. No muzzle restrictions. Within an ounce of other full-sized cans and doesn't add a ton of weight with its partial Ti construction. Dramatically quieter with the can off vs. on. Less gas in the face. Full auto rated. POI shift is repeatable. Really no downsides and actually designed to function on a semi-auto vs. a bolt gun. You won't be disappointed.
I like the OSS cans as well - however they are heavier than the TBAC can's regardless of the Titanium since their Titanium suppressor include other material like steel as well (due to the design). While they may not come off during shooting - its not really an apples to apples comparison.

If you move with your suppressor, while not shooting (think hiking etc) that is when I would worry my suppressor came loose - if your a military person, and you have to move, and suddenly use your firearm, you don't want to worry that during movement (be it in a vehicle, or by foot or something else) your suppressor loosens when you need to suddenly fire your weapon. I believe this is the reason that the military requires Secondary Retention to prohibit the suppressor from having the possibility of loosening. Not just the use case scenario of the firing sequence causing the suppressor to loosen. Hunters would appreciate this design as well, since it is a similar use case scenario...
