What is the measurement from where it touches the Picatinny rail to the bottom of the scope arc

The height from the top of the picatinny rail to the center of the tube ring is 1.4". With a 30mm diameter tube you would subtract 15mm, or half the diameter from 1.4", yielding a height to bottom of the ring height of 20.56mm or 0.809 inches
