I got mine from murphy precision.

I got my 40MOA base from Ken Farrell, but Murphy make a good base as well.

I had EGW make me a 30moa HD base and also had to open up the holes for 8-40 screws.

Ken Farrell and Murphy's precision are the way to go for sure. Have used both of them based on this site and will get a Murphy titanium for my BA.
