So saw people are using hodgdon H50BMG in the 338 lapua. So I wanted to try it out..and I was wondering what the load data would be for hornady 285gr bullets? Any thoughts would be awesome! Thanks!

I use 101 grns of it behind 300gr Bergers. It's slightly compressed and pushes them 2700'/s. 5 shot groups are a little over 3" at 500 yds with a Titan-qd hanging off the end. These are stuffed deep enough to fit the mag; if set 0.02 off the lands it tightens up but won't fit the mag on the TRG 42

Mark, I have a Sako TRG42 in 338 Lapua. I think that you might have really good luck with RETUMBO. Its a slow burner and you get a really good case fill. I've been shooting a butt load of 200 gr. bullets with Retumbo. I've been using 102 gr. I could go up a little in the cooler weather but this load is a one holer in my gun....it shoots really good. I think you would like the results if you try it out. I do not know the twist rate in your stick but, as always, I'd BACK OFF the 102gr. load until you read your primers.....good luck with your project...
