I am Looking for a smith to build a 338 lapua. Any recommendations ?

Are you positive you want a 338? I wouldn't do that unless you have plenty of time behind something smaller like a 308. I only say this because it's your first post, and that often means the poster doesn't have that much time behind a rifle.

Yes sir helpd my bud develop a load for his 338 lapua .
Looking for a good smith and still undecided on a stock . Thinking HS PST083

Greg Young @ Southern Precision Rifles. Just got a my build back from him and it shoots bugholes, which happens to be the name of his website www.bugholes.com I'm going to do a full review in the next week or so.
