This has happened to me after a good 3-4 cycles. Using the Hornady headspace gage, I actually get a lengthening of about .003" when I go to bump the shoulders back, either with a body die or one of my various sizers.
I've had 4-5 different sizers, so it's not my dies. I just think that it's a lot of metal to size back down and it's gotta go somewhere!
I'm on 12-13 cycles with 40 of the 80 Lapua cases I started with 6 years back. The other 40 aren't far behind, so I'm doing pretty well.
I neck size now and live with the moderate snugness that I get closing the bolt.
