.375 Cheytac

Here's the deal i met a guy that is in his last semiester at a gunsmithing school. He is offering to build me a .375 cheytac and just wanting to get some thoughts from yall(since this is quite abit of money to be dropping on a rifle). The gun consist of a lawton action and barrel, mccree alumnium folding precision stock,and rifle basix trigger. The deal seems a little to good to be true . He said 3500 for all and will be hitting bowling balls out to 1500 meters. I already have a nightforce 8-32 so that is covered. any thought on this gun? Barrel life? Accuracy levels? Anything better for the money?

Few complaints with mine.

I'd rather have one of the new large chassis DTA SRS anyday though.Toooo cooool!

Does anyone know if cheytac make their own barrels and actions because my gunsmith is telling me that lawton builds the actions and barrels for them
