I having some issues at the moment with loading the 380 acp on my dillon. Im using Rcbs 380 tc dies and when I go to seat the bullet I crushing the case a little. I have no issue with the other cal I load for such as 9mm,40,38spl,357 mag and the 45 cap. Wondering if any of you had this issue how did you fix it. Thinking of just buying a different die set up. I do have other Rcbs dies that don't have the seat and crimp dies that work fine. Any Ideas

+1. Load 380 on my 550B with Dillon dies and never had and issue except with Federal brass. Make sure you are getting enough of a flare at the case mouth at the charging station and taper crimp in the 4th station. The Federal brass was too soft and was deforming while seating the bullet. Chucked the whole batch.

Sounds like not enough belling of the mouth to me as well. But keep in mind that you only have to flare it out a few thousandths
