Stiller's .408 actions are quite popular. Barnard over here in NZ makes a single-shot action (P-Chey) that's excellent (there's a company in MT that imports them). I'm not sure what the status of Barker's .408 actions is, but I've heard good things. BAT can always make you a .408-based action, but it may take a while. Defiance was doing an action at one point as well, but I haven't seen or heard anything about it in a long while.
