Rifle Scopes 6.5-20x50 tmr

hello im trying to figure out what every indication on my friends scope is, like on my night force np-r1 it is 1 moa vertical and 2moa horizontal. Just seeing if any one has used this scope and knows what it is.

Reticle is mil based. The big hash marks are 1 mil and the smaller hash marks are 0.5 mil. Google search "TMR reticle subtensions" you should be able to find a full break down.

What are you talking about? I'm guessing since TMR is in the thread topic, it is the Leupold Mark 4. However, the Tactical Milling Reticle is in mils...try this link, it explains the TMR:
