Looking for some muzzle velocity info on 143 ELD-X in 6.5 CM to provide for my free Leupold custom dial. Does anyone have any data from the following criteria by chance?

Barrel Length 22" ( Browning x-bolt Hells Canyon Speed)
Elevation 1,000 -2,000 FT above sea level
Temperature 30-50 Degrees F

Thank you!

I agree with the above advice to get a local chrono loaned out for most accurate. But I am close to the above so I thought I'd offer:

1.) Hornady 147g ELD 6.5cm
2.) 22" barrel
3.) 660ft above sea level
4.) Temp 49 degrees
5.) 8 Shot group averaged 2827fps

If you just can’t get your hands on a chrono or radar you could use trial and error to figure it. With the gun zeroed at 100 yards for the 143s let’s say for example you have a range where you can run it out to 600 yards. Get on paper at 200 which will prolly be around 0.4 or 0.5 mills up in elevation on your scope then do the same at 300 yards which will prolly be around 1.0 mil up, etc...until you have it mapped. Then use an online ballistic calculator like the one on Berger bullets website using trial and error punch in different velocities guesses until you get a range card that matches your actual results and that will be your MV. Then go back and create a range card on the ballistic calculator using that MV for whatever distance you want at whatever intervals, temp, and elevation you like for your free custom dial setup.

I was impressed as well. Proof research barrel and I should mention also suppressed, so squeeked out a few more fps with the can I imagine.
How many grains of powder are you using? 140gr ELD-M's max out at 41.5gr. I've tested up to 41.9gr with no pressure signs and have been contemplating about trying it again to get over 2800fps with the 140's. My barrel is 26" and I'm using a SilencerCo Omega can.

Run a 26 in 1-7 twist Bartlein Barrel in AIAX. I am at about 900ft and temp was 88 to 95 when i tested both bullets. The 147 ELD-M was just a little more accurate then the 150 smk. Here is the load data for both and as a note this is the top end of how much powder I can load. The primers are just starting to flatten very little.

Just broke in a Barrett Fieldcraft 6.5 today. Shot the factory 143eldx with average 2650 for a brand new barrel.... oh and it’s a shooter!! Shots 5-9 on this new barrel. The First four stacked in there tight but pulled the fifth, it might have been barrel heating up as all shots were within 2 minutes with a skinny barrel.

according to my Magneto spd chromo, my 20" Tikka CTR suppressed mv 2580.and 2591.... sub 1/2"groups.....generally there will be someone at the range with a chromo that will help you get actual numbers for your rig.
