My best grouping load so far out of 20" 6.5 saod barrel with Adams Arms rifle length piston. Wolf brass trimmed to 1.52 Rem 9 1/2 primer 123 SMK 28.5 grains 8208 xbr 2.260. I dont have a chrono but that group shot 2" higher than wolf 120 mpt. Four of the shots grouped 5/8" and the 5 shot was 3/4" .
The load was very accurate but it was showing pressure signs flattened primers and one fire streaked.The little pinhole on the left side of the primer. I also loaded some 123 grain Nosler Custom Competitions. Same powder charge brass and primer but the coal was 2.250. This charge also showed pressure signs but 5 shot group was right at 1". Im going to drop the load back to 28.4 grains xbr and see if the group holds up. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
