The SPR gives me plenty of eye relief but if your going with something like a Trijicon Accupoint (1.25-4x24) I would get the SPR-E becuase of the larger eye end on the trijicon optic. Anything with that type of eye end on a an optic I would go with the SPR-E instead of the SPR but the SPR should do fine on any regular 40mm - 50mm optic.

That is a really cool paint job chase, how do you like the Bill Springfield 3lb Trigger? I have thought about getting the LPK, and sending in my DPMS LR-243 trigger, and the trigger that is going into my Grendel to bill to have him do his magic on. Also, how do you like the PWS Comp? I hear its a good comp, but it also acts like a flash hider.

I did alot of searching on forums about Bill's triggers and I couldn't find anyone dissatisfied. I had that one done and it is the best $50.00 you could spend on your trigger. It is plenty light and crisp. I have a couple of the tinmey 3 lb. triggers and I would say that the "Bill" trigger is close, not exactly as good as a timney, but for 1/4 the price it is a no brainer. For a rifle like the grendel I would definitely do something with a stock trigger.
I have a 24" grendel with a vortex flash hider on and I will probably take it off and also get the PWS comp like the gun above. It just makes the gun a pussycat to shoot and easy to see hits. It's not overly obnoxious and loud and hasn't changed the accuracy of that gun. I think it is win-win.

That's funny you said that. When he picked the colors, he just wanted something racy and unique. It just happened to be winter when I finished it and snowy when I took the pictures so everyone says how good it looks as a snowy camo.

I put a 24" les baer grendel upper on a national match rra lower.
I am happy with it using 123 grain Hornady A maxs.

The lowest Badgers for the 35mm PMII were the 1" high PN 306-14s
So far I have not had a change to do full load development with the 120 SMK , 120 Bergers and 123 SMK to see what shoots the best but so far the Satern barrel is very impressive. Typical 5 shot 3/4 MOA and slightly larger. Hard pressed to be worse than 1MOA
What made a huge difference was a Geissele High Speed trigger. Its not set up similar to my TRG-42 / AI AE that I am use to

longrange30 , no offense taken . I shared because the ammo that goes in the mag says 6.5 grendel on it . Only went to the Les Baer after my factory AA grendel barrel didn't perform . All the high end grendel barrels were out of stock with huge waits . I wanted to have some fun this summer so I'll give this one a try .

Superde, How does your grendel shoot with your 30 cal suppressor? I am waiting for an AAC 30 cal suppressor for mine. Never shot one with it, just went on faith. Did you paint yours or did it come tan? I like it.

I have a 3-12 nikon that will be on it soon just so I can shoot it. I just picked up some hornady brass and now I need to buy some 123gr hornady's or Sierra bullets.
I'd like a nightforce on it but I hope to end up with a Vortex PST or at least a Falcon Menace.

6.5 Grendel Alexander Arms 24" GDMR. Satern Barrel. Replaced Magpul PRS stock w/ standard A2 green. TBAC 30p suppressor in TAB cozy.
Cheapo SS 10x in Larue Mount (replacing a Leupold Mark 4 4-14 SFP). Love the fact that I can make hits on target to 1k on a scope I paid $150 for. Haha!
Targetteck wireless video spotting system for seeing hits out to...a long ways (rated to 2500 yards). 20x mag selected for fruit bowl balance properties.

I love the ASA upper--you can charge from the shooting position, your shooting hand stays in its shooting position, you can still use a brass catcher and keep dirt out with the dust cover.

I don't remember the elevation exactly for that particular group, it was something like 11.8 Mils using the 140 A-Max.

I have two grendel uppers. One that I put togther myself with a Saturn barrel and this one that GAP did for me. Both are very accurate.

Palm shelf swell grip A2 stock Harris bipod (permanently borrowed from my 325wsm; sorry Loco)
Burris pepr mount w/ Sightron 6-24x mil dot (love it!!)
Looks basic as crap but shoots like a dream.
I don't even know how to upload pics but everyone elses sticks look nicer since mine is all black and basic.....
