I have been playing around a lot with the RL powders on my 6.5 PRC (26, 19, 17) but wanted to look at the H4350 and N560 powders as well since I have them :)

I am not able to easily find some good starting points though for these. Just looking for some starting points to do a 10-12 shot ladder on each powder to seek out some nodes :)

thanks in advance.

H4350 is a little too fast burn rate, you will hit pressure before speed. I use h1000, but thats hard to find. I tried some 4831sc, it shot very well and numbers were good. It was a little slower, 75fps than my h1000 load. Might also look at imr 8133 and 7977.

Thanks all! ill stick to the RL 26 and may play with RL 19 as well...but RL 26 for now. looking like I will be around 3070 fps for 143 ELD-X for my load (see my other post)

H4350 burn rate is a bit too fast..I recommend Reloader 26. or Retumbo. H1000 is also good choice.
I've also had goid results with IMR 4831 And 7828ssc

I run N560 with the 135 Berger and I started out at 56gr and went up to 58.2. I ended up at 57.5 gr with adg brass and BR2 primer. OAL is 2.96. Velocity is 3187 avg. below is what I settled on. Data is accurate out to 568yds. That as far as I’ve tested.

58.2 was too hot and I can tell a couple pieces of brass the primer pockets are slightly more loose. This is out of a prefit 22” proof CF for bighorn SR3.

H4350 seems to be a bit fast for the round. I would highly recommend H4831SC or H1000. I'm personally not a fan of the RL series of powders.

I'm not sure if I have a fast barrel or what, but I'm way above book loads' velocity in my Proof barrel and getting no pressure with H4831SC. I can get a bit over 3,000 fps with 147s. I can up the speed with H1000, but the node is better with 4831SC.

Ive had really good luck with Reloader 26 & Retumbo & H1000. and as well with both IMR 4831 & IMR 4831SC.I get around 3100+ with RL26 & 4831.. a little slower with Retumbo but not much.I rerally like all these powders &Berger bulletrs for my 6.5 PRC.. Ive not had any issues with Hornady ELD Match.Good Luck
