Going to build another dasher as a backup/buddy gun. Looking at a criterion from northland shooters supply or a proof prefit. Both will be shouldered for a zermatt origin. Is it worth spending the extra for the proof?
Friend of mine has run multiple proof dasher prefits on his ruckus. They shoot excellent. He hasn't adjusted his seating die for 3 barrels. Just runs enough varget to get a 105hyb going 2830.
I shoot a Criterion 6 Dasher from NSS. It is a hammer. Consistent velocity right off the bat, even fire forming Lapua BR brass its under 8 ES. I have had Proofs on Tikkas, they are fine as well.
