Most of my reloads are blowing primers in my savage. I’m shooting a 108eldm with h4350 Hornady brass and a mix of cci br-2, 200 and federal gm210 primers. The strange thing is that the non blown brass aren’t showing any high pressure signs. I rechecked my head space which is good. I’m 10thou off the lands. Each set of primers seats the exact same as the last not harder or easier. I’ve never had this constant problem at any powder charge before. Hornady factory match Ammo never did this. What’s going on?

Did you cull bullets w/comparator for base to ogive length? If you didn’t, suspect you are not 0.010” off lands consistently.
Did you get length to touch lands when barrel / chamber was dirty or clean?
108 ELD takes jump just fine, 0.040-0.060 jump would be my suggestion.
How much H4350? All from same lot #?
What is velocity?
Why the mix of primers?
How much did you bump shoulder when you sized brass?

Used comparator for oal. Chamber was and is clean.
Working up loads primers would blow at 38-41.5 occasionally, but I know people running 6cm savages pushing 42+gr of h4350

Didn’t mix primers per lot just changed out primers to rule out primers as the cause.

Are all the bullets from the same lot? I have a found a couple lots have pretty significant differences in Base to Ogive length and/or bearing surface length. Perhaps even though your OAL is the same, if the Base to Ogive is longer you are pushing the base of the bullet further into the case.
Are you removing the lube from the cases? How are you removing it? Leftover lube can cause pressure spikes from what I have heard.
You also said you were blowing primers during load work up all the way from 38-41.5gns ? So you had some blown primers pretty much all the way through your load work up?
Just cause other people are able to get over 42gns without trouble, doesn’t mean your rifle can do that too. A lot of variables can add up to your max being much lower than others.

Try seating the bullets shorter and see if that helps, as recommended above. Bet that fixes it...
All bullets are from the same lot.

Unless it is a typo - your hitting the shoulder a lot harder then you should. Typically, folks bump .001-.003”.

You might have a carbon ring on the throat causing high pressure.... how many rounds since you cleaned it ?
What is the diameter of the firing pin / hole?
Some guns which were designed for .308 pressures have a pretty big firing pin diameter, and will blow primers easily when shooting higher pressure cartridges.
It's very common in FNs and Winchester's when chambered in 6.5 and 6mm cartridges due to the .092 firing pin diameter. When bushed down to .068 and under, the problem disappears.
