6GT Data from Shooter's World Powders

Has anyone tried any of the Shooter's World powder in the 6GT.

SW Precision Rifle or Lovex SO62 is a little slower than Varget from a velocity standpoint, but may still work ok.

SW Long Rifle, or Lovex SO65 is the rough equivalent of 4064. A single base propellant that burns a little faster than H4350.

I have both of those on hand, but my GT is still under construction. Just seeing if anyone has tried those yet.

I tried SW Precision and hit pressure if I went over 2900 fps using 108ELD. My final load was 33.5 grains SW Precision, 108ELD, Hornady brass, CCI 450, at 2860fps.

Yeh I'm thinking SW Precision probably won't be the best choice. It hits pressure a little quicker than Varget. Your experiences matches mine with my 22BR. I have to load down about 1gr from my Varget load in that rifle.

I think I have my hopes pinned on the SW Long Rifle for my GT.

I've recently switched to H4350 and ran it up to 37.8 grains with no pressure running 3000fps. I settled on 36.5 at 2900fps as it was my best node.

I think the idea that Varget is the optimum burn rate/ case fill for the GT is not accurate. But it spreads like rumour. H4350 and StaBall both hit 100% fill right at max pressure. 'Ish, depending on your lot. Yet guys are hitting pressure with Varget at 33.5 -34grs and topping out in velocity at much lower speeds.

If SW Prec has a 4350 similar burn rate, I'd be looking for that.

The Precision is more like Varget, but pressures out a little quicker. I think that's going to be a small case powder. Grendel, .223, BR sized cases.

SW Long Rifle is still a little faster than 4350, but I think it'll give good case fill in the GT. I suspect if 37 to 38'ish grains is going to be the sweet spot for 4350, I speculate that Long Rifle will be around 34 to 36.

They also make a Shooters World 4350, but I've never seen it on sale anywhere that I could pick up and try.

Running SW Long Rifle in my 6.5 Creedmoor and having a 6Gt built. Pressure out on 6.5CM at 41.0 with Berger 144. ~2700fps with magnetospeed. Tried the SW 4350 but it maxed out the 6.5 at lower speeds before the Long Rifle.
Following for more info on my new 6gt. Was wondering the same things.
