I received 187 rounds of headstamp OFV 97 7.62 NATO. From what I have read it is kinda sketchy.
My question is Can I reload the brass if I pull the bullets? If
so where can one find load information?
I have reloaded several thousand shotgun shells this is my first attempt at rifle rounds. Any help or advice is welcome.

Thanks,Josh
P.S
Plan on using this if I can in my Remington aac-sd

as far i know Nato is not recognized by SAAMI. your ok to shoot the lower pressure 762 in a 308 chamber but otherways around there could be issues. pull it or shoot it either way after load it to saami spec and have fun

Not familiar with that headstamp at all but you should be able to shoot it as-is in a 308 through a 30 cal suppressor. Won't be subsonic if that's what you're looking to shoot. If I've read elsewhere correctly, 7.62 NATO is actually a bit WEAKER than commercial 308. If you want to pull the bullets or shoot them, the brass should be good to go for reloading. There will most likely be a crimp around the primer which will have to be removed after you decap the brass. This will allow you to seat new primers.

I have had this ammo before.Look at the base and make sure that the caseheads look consistant. What i mean is the thickness. The ones i had were inconsistant in thickness. To be sure the powder charges are the same pull a sample and weigh the charges.I have pulled thousands of ball rounds and replaced the projectile with a better bullet.IE 150SST or 155 Match bullets. It always makes better ammo if the powder is right.PM if you have any questions.Ps I have heard some lots of this ammo are good to go.
