700 Ltr 18.5 inch

Hi

I am getting around 2450-2500 fps with Factory fgmm 168gr, is that considered to be a slow barrel? thinking of getting a new barrel.

To me that seems a little slow, but it is factory ammo. If you could load up your own loads you could push it a bit faster. If the rifle shoots good now I would not change it. That speed won't get you to 1000yds very well but a 175smk or 178amax going 2550fps will get you there usually. Just my thoughts but others might have a different theory on it.

18.5" barrel you are giving up some velocity
