I saw that, too. The suspect had fired at them but they just filleted that house.

But I did exhort people who were pounding you like a tent peg for being a glowie to take the info you provided and do a real verification of who/what you were.
I also strongly suggested that if you didn't like the sort of treatment you were receiving, and you actually shoot, to stay the fuck out of the Bear Pit.

Thanks for the well wishes, I really appreciate that. I believe in Freedom, to speak, to share information. I really don't know why this area became a haven of indifference, that is driving potentially new members from joining. Many people on here think they own this forum when they don't! What makes them special? Who is to say they are someone better than myself? Here I sit a US military Vet, who served honorably and treated like shit by most. I think that is so shameful, to treat someone like a traitor to their own country. It's really messed up! Maybe in the end, it may help someone here treat a fellow patriot with dignity.

Completely out of control Police in this country including the FBI, who I know was not there. This man and many of the others lately who have been trapped in their homes and then murdered by law enforcement is out of control. These officers could have waited for this man out or taken him peacefully on the street I'm sure prior to this confrontation. It seems the Police/FBI have decided to just open fire in neighborhoods is becoming a thing lately. If the cops want to wage war go to Chicago and bang it out with all the street thugs there and clean up Chicago!!!! There is no situation that requires 75 Police officers to open fire in a neighborhood. It seems no one was in charge at the scene.
You got that right, they could have picked him up at the grocery store. This case like many others, totally no need for this kind of force to be used.
I would personally like to thank the Pittsburgh law men for keeping the community safe. With them patrolling the streets do you know the community safe and you can rest easy.

My former lawyer was an Lt. in the Marines who saw combat in Vietnam, he has his pictures serving with his Artillery platoon on his office wall along with other placards, medals, etc he earned. He flies the American flag along with a Marine Corps flag on all Nat'l holidays.

We have a retired 06 Army tank commander, West Point grad, who is in our gun club. Nobody knew it, until I spoke the truth about the demoncrat party. He stated he was a demoncrat, and we had some serious words. I have a neighbor across the street, retired Air Force 26years, demoncrat. My dad went into the Marines in 1964, yes he is a demoncrat. We hardly talk anymore.
The Democrat party died, and is now full blown Communist/Marxist. The so called progressives like my father have always been communist. It took my awhile to put all this together in my younger years. Things start adding up, and then you see the truth for what it is.

These people are likely naturally adverse to the predatory nature of some inside of a capitalist model. Then they are swung left by others in their sphere of influence singing similar songs over the course of their lives.
Capitalism is the best we have in this world where evil exists rampantly. So long as the rewards for hard work trickle down. And the people pick up the slack for those that truly can’t help themselves.

Your own behavior begets the treatment you have received...veteran or not. You consistently post anti-govt and anti-LE posts. I think you need to think about how you post this sort of thing. Maybe take about a week to think about it....
While this forum allows a healthy debate of problems within the LE community and concerns over government overreach, many of which most here agree, it would do well for members to consider how they post content here, on a public forum, as well as the generalizations that are made.
I remember back in the 70’s in Philadelphia there was a standoff in a high rise apartment building, the police had the bright idea to use a bomb to blow a hole in the roof, they burned down that building and the other high rises on either side.
That was epic… 1986 or 87, IIRC. group called MOVE that tried to set up their own govt and stop paying rent. Philly mayor firebombed them with homemade napalm from a helicopter. Burned down several square blocks.
My buddy was at U Penn at the time and said it was TV worth watching!

There was what the police were calling a "fortified bunker" that they were shooting from. They dropped the bomb on it and blew it up.
Flames quickly spread across the rooftop and involved the entire block.
Police claimed that Move spread accelerants. I think the bomb was explosive, and not incendiary.
