7WSM and H1000 with 168gr Berger VLD

Anyone loading for this? I normally shoot 180gr but Third Generation Shooter got a shipment of 168gr and I have plenty of H1000

I emailed Berger's tech support and they fixed me up.

I will be working up the same load. I am going to start with 65- 67grns of H-1000 and the 168's with .040 jump as a start.

Berger shows a start load of 64.5 and a max load of 68.1grs. I'm going to work up an OCW and see what I get.

I went with a load of 71 grains of Retumbo with the 168 VLD's this am with .020, .030 and .050 of the lands. This is my accuracy load for the 180 VLD's. Of the three, .030 was the most accurate, just a bit over 1/2" MOA for two three shot groups. Not sure if I like this load, so will keep trying and posting.
