I am looking to purchase a 9mm suppressor and I would appreciate your recommendations. Will mostly use on Glock 19, 34 and SBR type 9mm pistols. Thanks

Buy a .45 can. You can always put a 9mm end cap on it. Infinitely more flexible. One can instead of two or two stamps, 2 wait periods).
I have an Obsidian .45 and I really, really like it. The design, materials and Craftsmanship are first class. There is one issue that does make me nuts and that is the lack of a crowned endcap on the front tube. If you drop it, it will invariably land somewhere along the edge of the front tube. That will dent the front of the tube, you won’t be able to unscrew/remove the front endcap and you won’t be able to get it apart. The only solution is to send it back to Rugged for repair. I experienced that scenario and Rugged were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. IIRC, they turned it around the same day. Kudo’s to them, it’s fairly rare to see that.
However, if they made a crowned endcap, the damage to the tube would not occur under conditions of being dropped and it would not have to go back to the factory for repair.
Would I buy another Obsidian ? Yeah..............(but Rugged, fix that one issue and your can would be perfect !)

Omega 9K. If youre not serious about .45, the .45 cans are a little louder and larger. The 9K is small and very quiet. Ive used it on an SBR with the 3 lug adapter and on a G19 and G34 with threaded barrels and really like how it sounds.
I have a Surefire Ryder 9 Ti. Nice can. Haven't cleaned it yet so can't speak to that. Not sure if it can SBR as I ain't got one.
Omega 9K. Super light, surprisingly quiet and great value. I run one of my GMR PCC's exclusively suppressed for practices and to have newbies shoot as a first gun. It's taken somewhere between 30-35k rounds and I haven't ever had an issue. Sometimes I shake the crud out of it but I haven't had to clean it and it still sounds amazing with subs.
Nobody shoots 45 seriously anymore. When I made my decisions I was more concerned about whether the can was designed to suppress 300 BLK subs and supers. At 7 oz and just over 4.5" the Omega 9K a heck of a fun can for 300 BLK.

I've been very happy with my Obsidian 9. The only .45 I own is a M&P Shield which I have no intention of suppressing. I am considering the purchase of an Obsidian 45 to use with a full size .45 and 45/70 lever gun, but I'm still trying to decide if that's a rabbit hole I really want to jump down. So many other projects/purchases higher up on the priority list right now.
Another for the Omega 9K. Installed the tri lug adapter and use it on my B&T APC9. The sound with 124 gr. fmj is more of a thud, and haven’t noticed any real change in point of impact.
What 45 suppressors would you recommend that have the capability to change end caps and any internal pistons or baffles to better accommodate the 9 mm?
The Rugged Obsidian can take SiCo pistons, but not the other way around......Saves a bunch of money by going with an Obsidian, if you already have an Osprey (and pistons). I can't speak for the Omega 9K as I don't have one. But, it may be the same.
Obsidian 45. Service is outstanding as well. If you don’t have a dealer I used @HansohnBrothers . They are outstanding as well......
Not only are the built tough but the SS# is on the toughest part of the can near the first couple inches. This greatly reduces the chance that a “warranty issue” will result in waiting for a new stamp. I have already dealt with them on a self caused minor warranty issue and it was no bs , taken care of at light speed.
Rugged Obsidian 45. Love mine on my G19, P229, 1911 .45, AR9, AR45... I dont even use my 9mm endcap, the difference isnt noticable

I've been very happy with my Crux Saxon 9. It's rated up to 338 Lapua, which is nice. I haven't shot it on a pistol yet, but on my 9mm AR, it's super quiet.
Depends on your priorities. No one silencer can do everything. For me I wanted a can for uspsa style pistol practice in 9mm. Therefore I wanted the lightest suppressor that would not dramatically change the shooting characteristics of the pistol. I also wanted a can where I could use the regular pistol sights and not need suppressor height sights. I don't shoot anything other than 9mm. Max sound suppression is not a priority. Therefore I choose the Dead Air Odessa 9. It multiple baffles and you can add as many as you want to balance sound reduction and weight. In its short configuration, it's the lightest can available and the diameter is small enough to use with standard sights. However, it's only for 9mm. Lots of good reviews on Youtube if you are interested.
