Gunsmithing A thanks to Dave Kiff at PTG

I wasn't sure where to put this.......

I called PTG to ask about a 7mm-06 reamer...
I was told Dave was busy and would call me back.

Due to customer service from other companies, I thought..."ya, right...."

Dave called me back in about 20 minutes, I was impressed to say the least...

I talked to him about what I was trying to do, and the specific projectiles I was planning to shoot, he gave some great recommendations on a specific reamer to minimize the amount of brass prep work I would need to do,
then gave the specs to the nice ladies up front (I spoke with Becky) and my reamer was ordered....

Great guy to talk to, didn't make me feel rushed, and answered my dumbass questions....

Customer service is pretty rare now a days, they will be getting my business in the future...

Dave & PTG are great to do business with. I meet him and Kathlen at the SHOT Show a couple of years ago and they were both a pleasure to talk to..
I have been doing business with them for several years and have nothing but good things to say about them..

I too was called back the same day as he had time Dave and CO are great people . Today its hard to find machine shop service like that refreshing is the word

I agree 100%.

I have been ordering stuff from them for about 4 years now and they are 100% GTG. Dave has been more than patient with my silly questions and always made sure I had what i needed.

Kathleen has been top notch as well. She will suprise you with her knowledge of things.

I'll have to agree. He has helped me a lot too.

All my reamers are comming from him.
