Never noticed much of anything other than dead ants. Just dillute the area a few hours after with a water hose. Definitely nothing long term.

Personally like to avoid putting poison in my AO.

You could do all that shit to kill ants, but this looks like a lot more fun, and you are left with a beautiful sculpture that glorifies God's wonderous creation!

i want to do this with some red ant mounds.

any thoughts on aluminum vs copper? What is the volume of liquid metal that i could plan on needing? anyone know?
