are the turrets usually so mushy? i can't feel the clicks or hear any audible sound while turning them. is this something i should send back? it holds zero on my 10/22 but man its hard to make any adjustments to go from a 25yd zero to make quality shots at 100yds. there is no intent to bad mouth millet here. just dont have another dms available to me for personal comparison.

Re: ? about my millet dms

They're all like that. I asked about it and they told me the absence of "clicks" is how they kept the turret height low. I use mine for 3Gun on an AR. After I got it zeroed I left it alone. I use holdovers anyway for that game. If you want to adjust between distances you might want to find another optic.

Just another pointer, I was sighting in one of my DMS a while back and after putting the caps back on it was way off. I removed the cap and re-zeroed. Put caps on and it did it again. IIRC, it happened three or four times. Turned out that the spare battery was not pushed completely into the cap so when I screwed it back on it was turning the knob. I pressed the battery in and it quit doing it. I'm a little ashamed it took me so long to figure it out... talk about feeling like a dumbass.
