Access to LEO forum?

If I am a police officer, how do I go about getting access to the LEO/military forum? It says to message Lowlight but when I try, it says they have exceeded their maximum amount of PMs.

edit the post and tag lowlight so he sees it, use SHLowlight

There is something wrong and my Lowlight account is broken, something with the two original admin accounts will not work

I have to update the site and scheduling it has been tough

I have to use SHLowlight right now because of the issues ... the upgrade from 4.2 to 5.2 has been a nightmare behind the scene
