Accuracy International AXMC stupid question

Okay I have an Accuracy International AXMC. I just purchased a T.O.M.B. brake for the suppressor that is currently in NFA jail. The gun came with the factory AI muzzle brake. I am attempting to put on a SAS Tomb. What do fellow hiders do to hide the bare portion of the barrel the factory brake is clamped to?

I taped things off and hit the bare portion with high temp, flat black paint. Blended in almost perfectly. No problems after several hundred rounds.
