Accuracy International Rail Screws

Does anyone know where to get replacement screws for AX AICS rail (forearm) screws? (Red box in picture below) One of the screws stripped.

Searched pretty much everywhere but not much luck. Mile High, Eurooptic and a few others do not seem to carry these.

Or does anyone know the size of the screw?

No I don't know the spec and I was hoping someone else with a better knowledge would help.

Yes it is pre 14 AX model and handguard screws/bolts. It is metric but manual does not specify the size

If no one chimes in just take it to the closest home depot and use one of their thread gauges or in pinch a metric nut to nail the pitch. Match length or trim.

Did you call/email Mile High about this or just search their website? If not, give em a call and they’ll get you squared away. If not, hit up your local Ace hardware or other hardware specialty store and you’ll find exactly what you need. I just go to Ace when I need a random bolt or screw, as they usually have a better selection. (This is a great way to stock your spare parts kit as well lol)

Do you have a caliper? Measure the diameter and length of the threaded section, both will be metric and close to a whole number. I.e. 4mm dia x 10mm long. Then go to ACE Hardware with a couple quarters in your pocket and buy the screw you need.
