Mark and the AO crew did it once again. I haven't taken possession of it yet, but it will be in my hands this Monday afternoon. I can't wait to make love to it.

IT IS FREAKING GORGEOUS!!!!! Range report will soon follow.

BAT Tactical Action (Jamie Dodson, Wolf Precision)
AICS 2.0
Bartlein, Heavy Varmint, 26", 1:8, 5/8-24.
Timney Trigger

OG13's rifle is the one with the FDE skins.

Please let us us know your thoughts on the BAT once you put it through its paces. Been planning on using one for my next build.
Rifle looks great as usual for the guys at Accurate Ordnance.

I only finger loved it, but it is phenonmenal. The bolt feels as if it is running on 100 perfectly greased ball bearings. It's wicked smooth. My Surgeon 591 doesn't come close to it.

I am sure Gray can provide you with a field report. :)

Call Jamie and order one.

I've shot the BAT in comps where both sand and mud/water were blown into the action and it did not flinch a bit. As Papa said it is super smooth, and smoothest action I have felt that is a Rem 700 clone. The fit and finish are excellent and it drops into all the chassis'. They did their homework on this one!

Papa,

Does your BAT have an integral picatinny rail?
Is is 3 lug or 2? If 3 does the bolt have a shorter lift?

Looks awesome. I'm thinking my Surgeon's are outdated after seeing this and handling my Brother's Defiance/Templar - felt much more precise.

Thanks for sharing!
