ACOG TA11-C for recce 16" and 77 smk?

Is is true that the ACOG TA11C is about as perfect of a match as possible with the 16" match barrel firing 77 SMK'a at 2650 or so??

I was about to buy a ta31f, but I will be shooting strictly 77smk's through this recce type rifle and wanted to get the appropriate acog first.

Hmmm I was thinking that route too, but I keep changing from the ACOG to a lower power variable lol.

I have this setup, but with the TA11E reticle. It works well, but I have not had the opportunity to shoot at range with the BDC to confirm. I shoot the 77 Nosler and I think that the BDC most closely works at 2615.

Depending on your budget and what ranges your shooting at.....Here are some good options. I recomend putting them in a Bobro mount, and will stick with 30/34MM scopes for the internal adjustment. In order to wring the 77's at distance, your going to want some more magnification than a 3-4 or even 6x will give you.

Absolute best deal in optics right now. Its a PST with MD, Zero stop 1/10 and 30MM. Glass is as good as nighforce and beats leopold imo.
