Ware shoals sc
Im new to the suppressor world and need some advice. I have a hybrid 46 on the way which I plan to run on several rifles. It comes with the direct thread 5/8-24 mount. I was looking to purchase a thread adapter for my 450 bushmaster from 5/8-34 to 5/8-24 since sc doesn't sell that direct thread mount. Is this a safe considering there’s not much room for error with the 450 on the 46 or should I suck it up and buy the muzzle device and asr mount from sc? I also thinking about using the adapters on my 556 guns so I could direct thread mount everything on the 5/5-24. Thoughts? Thanks

Thanks Blbennett 1282, but this is what I was looking at. Would this work or do I need to spend the extra $

I don’t know of them, so use at your own risk.

I have used the Area419 system on multiple suppressors across multiple firearms without issue.
I have Hybrid I use on a 458 SOCOM and like it. I went with the ASR and muzzle break. I'm not a fan of direct thread adapters or direct thread in general, damage your threads or have the suppressor walk off can lead to bad days.

A muzzle break makes for a nice sacrificial surface that protects your blast baffle as well.

I have used the Hughes precision adapters a number of times with no issues, though never with anything so close in tolerance as a 450BM/Hybrid. They have been well made in my experience, but I would definitely recommend checking alignment with a range rod before shooting.
