Adding photos to a post

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't find it using the search. How do I add photos to my posts on SH. In the FAQ's there is mention of a File Manager to be used for such a purpose, but I can't find that either. Any help is appreciated.

Typically, the best thing to do is to use a website dedicated to the purpose of image hosting. It's better than using a direct link to the image where you found it, since whoever is hosting it is going to have to pay the bandwidth for the image.

Three good ones are tinypic, imgur, and imageshack. Follow on-screen directions, and then use the image URL (the "address" on the 'net for the picture, which comes up as something like "Copy image URL" when you right-click on it in most browsers) like this, remembering to remove the spaces:
