Adjustable gas blocks

Re: Adjustable gas blocks

I have that JP adjustable on my .223 and a PRI adjustable on my grendel both work great. just shoot your lowest powered load 1 round at a time and you keep on screwing in the adjustment till the bolt dont lock on the mag, then open it up a 1/2 turn and it will lock. it helps with felt recoil adn your not beating the rifle near as bad since most ARs are way over gassed.

Re: Adjustable gas blocks

+1 on the JP adjustable gas blocks....add in a low mass carrier and buffer and you can really change the recoil impulses of the weapon.

Re: Adjustable gas blocks

I have a PRI, JP, and Syrac; the Syrac is the best as it has a detent which prevents movement and it adjusts from the front amd not the side like most adjustable blocks.

Even better....its in stock somewhere !
Look at Seekins precision under the Manufactures listing. We have a few new products out for a while.

Also check primary arms. They should have some. I just couldn't find a pic. </div></div>

I like that brass set screw. Block looks good too of course. I will have to try one out sometime soon. One of my AR's has an adjustable JP that had to be heavily ground down to fit into a DD 14" rail. The JP doesn't have a set screw. The other one has a Noveske low pro non adjustable under the Seekins SP33R. Wouldn't mind going Seekins adjustable on that one. Hopefully someone still has it in stock when the time comes.

Re: Adjustable gas blocks

I have 4 or 5 of the JP's. They work well as do the KIES blocks I have. I just use dab of RTV on the adjusting screw and they are GTG. No Locktite on mine!!
