I recently purchased an ADM Harris bi-pod adapter and quickly realized that it would not allow much left tilt because the mount interferes with the bi-pod. If always shooting off a bench, this will be less important to you. I first removed material from the ADM lever and then ended up also grinding the edge of the Harris. Here are some before and after pics that show what I did. I now have equal range of motion on both sides.
Here is tilting to the right:

Here you can see where I ground down the lever to help with this:
Grinding the lever didn't provide the amount of tilt that the other side had. So I also ground down the top edge of the Harris. You can see where I ground in the picture. This provieded an amount of tilt that matches the others side.
All back together. I touched up the bare AL with a sharpie.
