The Nightforce unimounts are great, I have two of them on my AR's and I've never been disappointed. They have great fit and finish and are well worth the money IMO.

Another option that's a little cheaper than the NF mount is the Badger Ordnance Unimount w/ 20 MOA cant. I have one of those, I'm not currently using it at the moment but it seems like a really solid, well made mount just like Badger's other products.

Seekins are great. Riton optics make a new one piece mount that's quick detach. I have it on my SBR. I got a killer deal on it and I have had zero issues. It's mounted to a 5.56 so there's not a ton of recoil

Another vote for the Nightforce or Badger unimounts. I can't bring myself to believe some of the lighter weight options are sturdy enough to take abuse. In all fairness, I've never seen it happen. Just my opinion.

It's nice to have QD on an AR. I think you can still find some GDI's. Works great on my 6.5cm with the 3-27 on it. I can pop the throw levers and QD the scope off/on and run that rifle out to 1400+ yards and even a slight zero shift is my last worry.

I have been using Nikon P-Series for my AR15 for a while now and I am currently looking for an upgrade.

I heard a lot of good things about Vortex Optix Sport and still thinking before considering it. There was a review that I came across here that it was easy to use but lack of feature. Just need more feedback before purchasing this item.
