IMO, the goal of "defund the police", is code speak for democrat party take-over of the police. Perhaps, they actually WANT to rid the forces of people who will not "just blindly follow orders"? Maybe a strategy behind all this? Again, the democrats are many things, but they arent stupid.
Just a reminder...the right must be kept from organizing at ALL costs. And when they try they must be either slandered or physically confronted.

Watch once democrats are in complete power for federalizing or at least govt subsidizing "essential workers". Except that term will have some MAJOR scope creep, LoL.
For example, the youths handing food out of the fast-food window will be included. The delivery driver for Amazon, the grocery bagger at the supermarket, the people stocking shelves, the truckers moving goods, the list goes on and on. The carrot has been dangled and many are following it with blinders on.
This is just a wealth redistribution ploy, plain and simple.
And to be clear, there are certainly workers who are essential to providing and maintaining the basics needed for (many peoples) survival. No argument there. But this is just another democrat vehicle.
Which is why no one is questioning it. But just wait...the true meaning will reveal itself soon enough.
BTW, the biggest target is the healthcare system itself. But its way too big and powerful (and drives too much of the economy) to collaspe all at once. But that is the goal, none the less.
