Rifle Scopes After zero (bore zero) do these turrets look right

I removed the cap and brought them to "0" on both turrets...

I assumed on the elevation I wouldn't have any of the guide marks to see how many turns I had up. figured it'd be at 0.

kinda same with wind. I figured it would be in the middle by that middle mark. it's not.

I do have a 20moa base, which maybe is why it's not 'bottomed' out but still. Is there anyway I can bottom them out or something so that I don't see the tick marks?

How do I know where my zero is? remember the amount of tick marks and bring it to 0?

maybe there is a way to zero out the marks as well?

Scope is a Bushnell HDMR 3-21x50 with a TPS 20moa steel base and warne 34mm rings

Perfectly normal. Note the number of turns up, I color in the zero line with a blue felt tip.
