Rifle Scopes DTII+ turret zero stop issue

Reaching out to the Hide since S&B isn’t open until Monday. I’ve got a 6-36 w/ DTII+ turrets and went to set my zero stop for the first time and the elevation turret still moves/adjusts. I loosened the set screws, dialed down 10.2 mil’s to 0, retightened them and then it shot 10.2 mil’s low. Am I missing something? The windage zeroed just fine.

You probably got an oddball. I had this same problem a few years back and S&B fixed it in a day (back when Jerry was still there) and I had the scope back quickly. The problem had to do with a bad detent in the turret, so with Jerry out of the picture you’ll probably have to go through S&B Germany.

Man, I hope not. Literally didn’t even get to put it to legitimate use one time. Lol.

Just goes to show...whether its a $500 or $3500 optic....any brand can have issues
