Rifle Scopes S&B DTII+ turret does not zero

I have a 3-20x50 PMII Ultra Short LP from Schmidt and Bender.

The windage turret is the ST II ZC LT.

I have issues zeroing it. The cross hair still moves after having loosened both screws and I wonder what I did wrong.

Zeroing the elevation turret was no problem.

Any ideas or tricks you know I could try?
Otherwise I will ship it in for service.

Just experienced the same with a Exos 3-21, windage turret was hanging with both screws loosened.
Apparently the third set screw that is capped on the turret can be tightened too much from schmidt. There was a thread on here recently on how to fix it yourself if you feel like it.
