AI AICS chassis question

Hello everyone
I know someone here (probably quite a few) will have an answer to this question.

Is the ONLY difference between a LONG AICS 2.0 300 win mag chassis and a LONG AICS 2.0 338 Lapua chassis the MAGAZINE . not the mag well just the magazine itself.
In other words will a GAP Templar 338 lapua action work with the correct magazine in a AICS thats currently a 300 win mag with just a different AICS 338 lapua mag after the rebuild ?

That is correct on current long action AICS.

We have magazines for both .300 WM and .338 LM in stock and ready to ship if you need them.
