Rifle Scopes ai dovetail scope mount torque specs

Looking for torque specs for the mount to gun / mount to scope

i have a ai aw .338 with a 34mm 28moa mount with 30mm spacer rings connected to a nightforce 5.5x22-56 if any of that is of relevance

Im new to this and dont want to break anything ; /

mount your scope base to 65 in lbs and mount ring screws with 15 inch pounds. pretty much a general rule no matter what mounts your using

AI specs:

1. upper ring cap screws: 2.0nm / 18 in/lb.
2. scope mount clamp screws: 3.5nm / 31 in/lb.

LOL, that's what I was thinking when I read it. 65# is a good recipe to ruin a perfectly good AI mount.

Another good reminder to not believe everything you read on the internet.
