AICS mags... Magpul or AI?

Both are nice. I personally use the PMAGS more then any other mag.

They just feed so smoothly and fast. The rounds do not drag at all like they do with the metal feed lipped mags. Not saying it's "bad" with the metal mags just not as smooth as the polymer.

The advantage of the AI or other metal mags is you can load longer as they internally larger.

My CM is still new enough that I can comfortably load mag length and be ok.

I have played with both and after the last match I'm going back to AI Mags at matches. The pmags are fine for range trips but if you're out all day in the elements the PMAGs don't hold up as well. The nice thing is you can take them apart and clean them. The downside is a dusty environment gums them up quickly.

AI Mags have never let me down, wet/dry/warm/cold/dusty/rainy/etc they keep on working.

I have used both in prs matches and both fed reliably and had no hiccups. If the p mags don't want to lock up on your action just file the contact points on the feed lips until they do. I've never had that issue, but some guys have.
