LH1S- STANDARD SIZE MOUNT- For the first time ever, DBMG LLC. is proud to present the ultimate accessory for the Kalashnikov series of rifles. Manufactured entirely from 7075 billet, and finished in Type #3 MilSpec anodizing, our mount features three precisely cut picatinny rails for a variety of mounting options and was designed to fit the majority of AK-47, AKM, and AK-74 pattern rifles. What makes our product an excellent alternative to a full rail besides cost and easy assembly? A) It's lightweight, weighing in at less than 4 ounces B) Quick and simple to install, yet remains secure under all conditions. C) Accepts the original cleaning rod, a feature lacking on the majority of railed handguards. D) Allows the lower handguard to be removed* in the same manner, allowing one to properly clean their rifle. Especially helpful for those who shoot corrosive ammunition where proper cleaning is a necessity. E) Does not impair the rifles accuracy. F) Compatible with the ULTIMAK gas tube G) Our products are entirely manufactured in the United States, featuring the best in materials, workmanship and finish.........* In order for the user to remove the rifles' lower handguard, the mount must be positioned against the gas block. In some instances it may be required to fit the lower handguard lever to the mount. Some slight filing of the lever may be necessary. Our standard mount will fit a barrel diameter no greater than, .600 Will not work on Chinese, Yugoslavian or heavier barreled rifles such as RPK's and the like. Our other model LH2O will fit larger diameter barrels up to .680, which includes Chinese (MAK90's, Polytechs, Norinco) milled AK's, and YUGO's. Will not fit heavier barrels such as the RPK. Due to the length of the mount, it will not fit some AK pistols such as the Romanian DRACO. If in doubt to the specific model you need, measure the barrel prior to ordering.
