Alpha Mag Pouch question.

Triad is working on a mag pouch for the 10 round Alpha/Morta Mags.

Would you prefer to see a pouch that hold two mags or one?

I would be interested in double mag pouches which are Molle compatible for 300 winmag magazines.

I think I'd prefer the former for match use.

Single with cord, no velcro or buckles ... ability to stack pouches if one chooses to ... molle on outside / rear ... like tac tailor.

Basically Tac Tailor except for Alpha Mags ...

Great question Steve. Be the first! Seems like single carriers with no buckles are faster for comps, double and covered/buckles are nice for storing in/on your gear bag. I would probably buy each from you...

Prefer singles in ATACS pattern w buckles, Khaki or Coyote is fine too. Would consider a double in near future. Get on it, I'm ready to buy!! Price and estimated time of availability?

Ya, it is. Im just waiting on R&D stuff to pan out. I have several irons in the fire in front of this. I think the double pouch will be first, since we just have to re-size the 5/2 or 10/2 pouch.

The double pouch will be a simple copy of our double pouch for AICS 5 round mags, just a little taller. The Alphas are right in between the AI 5 and 10 round mags in size so the doubles are a PIA.

The single pouch will require a little more work since we want it to work with a variety of mags.

The type 2 mags are the same size. They will fit fine.

All of the Triad Tactical Double Magazine Pouches (including the Alpha Mag pouch) have been combined into one product description on the site. The Alpha pouches are currently available in Olive Drab, Coyote Brown and Multicam.
