There are a few out there. Are you looking to post or watch?

If you click the videos tab of google. Up on the top you get videos from all different sites not just youtube. From there you can find one you like and use that.

metacafe.com is a popular site but I havn't posted anything there just watched.

I just want to watch videos. I typically watch music videos.

The only problem with it is load time so you'll need fast internet.
