I received a couple lines of Eley ammo yesterday that I've never shot, so I decided to do a quick comparison.

Tikka t1x
KRG Bravo
Area 419 30moa base
Trigger reducer spring
Harris bipod
Meopta optika 6 3-18x56 FFP MRAD

(10 rounds each)
Eley Target (gold)
Loaded Round weight- min 50.8 max 51.4
Velocity- min 1064 max 1087 avg 1075 SD 7.4
1.2" with shooter error. .79" otherwise. .79" is common for this gun/ammo as it and CCI is what I normally shoot)

Eley Outlaw 42gr
Loaded Round weight- min 53.4 max 53.7
Velocity- min 1082 max 1116 avg 1098 SD 10.5
1" group at 92yds (.35" vertical)

Eley Contact 42gr
Loaded Round weight- min 52.8 max 53.4
Velocity- min 1044 max 1084 avg 1064 SD 14.9
.74" group at 92yds

CCI SV
Loaded Round weight- min 51.0 max 51.2
Velocity- min 1061 max 1099 avg 1075 SD 11
.845" group at 92yds

I don't know if loaded round weight makes much of a difference, but it was easy to get.
I also probably didn't shoot enough of each round between shooting for groups to 'season' the barrel, but it was still fun playing around in the back yard.

I'm pretty excited about the 42gr outlaw stuff. I shot a few rounds at my 175yd plate and printed a nice 1.5" 5 shot group. It's also cool that it was 8/10ths less drop than my normal CCI SV dope.

I've had really good luck with the Eley SA Benchrest Precision in my T1x. I think it's the 40gr version of the same thing as the Outlaw stuff. Shoots good groups and typically single digits SD for me. I have tried 2 different lots and they're pretty much the same in my rifle.
