Well, I was a manufactures rep for the Lazboy furniture company on GSA contract. I put soldiers in recliners all over the world. I don't consider that bad at all. If you served in the military in any branch, and sat in a recliner on base after 1996 you can thank me. The 9C506 model was the king on base, and sold the most. After BRAC, there was a big push on quality of life initiatives in DOD worldwide. I am glad I got to partake in that, and may do it again in the future.

Wow , guess I got spoiled with lesser brand named recliners and comfy sofas the Navy provided for my comfort on the Aircraft Carrier I was on.

Anymore, I just assume- unless I’ve met you in person- that all of the threads in the Pit, and about 3/4 outside of the pit, are just Deersniper talking to him/her/themself via a legion of duplicate accounts. Threads like this make a lot more sense under that lense.

I decided I was not going to rip off the tax payer so I bought things from local vendors at way cheaper prices. I was told what I did was illegal because I didn't go through the already set up GSA contract. You know the kickback contract where you pay almost double for what you can get the goods locally. Fuck GSA.

I wonder how much over price was paid for lazyboys. Like $50 hammers for $200.
