Freedom of speech should not apply to corporations as they are not people. A corporation can not be imprisoned or executed.
Nor should it belong to a Union, PAC or other group of people in an association, but of course the Communists would argue it does because these associations are in their pocket.
One person, one vote across the board.
If you are a rich billionaire like Soros you get your $2500 max donation and thats it.
sadly fat hags like Rosie ODonnel break that max limit and suffer no sanctions while D'Nesh D'Souza does so and gets sent to court.
In our state the legislature was pushing hard to expand the bottle bill returnable law.
They wanted to include water beverages. I think in an effort to increase water consumption this "tax" was not applied to the healthier alternative of drinking water.
Well 30 years later its worked and everyone is drinking water. The state feels it is losing money because truth be told no one returns bottles and the money goes to the general fund if the bottles and cans are not returned.
Well the bottled water corporations spent a ton of money educating the public that paying a deposit tax on water was dumb because the state has curbside recycling and its not like water bottles are littering the streets.
So the measure failed and the state "lost" a bunch of money.
This is the type of corporation expenditure Hillary Clinton and other tyrants hate - educating the population against their money grabs.
That and donating to conservative causes are what they want to stop. It will not stop money going to Communist causes.
We live in a two tiered justice world so until things are fair across the board the govt and courts need to be hands off.
